Finish: 6^th Place – FULL RESULTS
 
Location: Rutgers Invitational at the Rutgers GC in Piscataway, N.J.
 
Short Story: The University at Albany women's golf team took home a sixth-place finish at the Rutgers Invitational, the team's final competition before the 2026 MAAC Championship. Jasmine Furstenburg, a freshman, led the team as an individual, finishing in 14^th place at +18.
 
Head Coach Colleen Cashman: "We didn't have our best stuff overall this week, but I think it told us a lot about what we just need to work on in order to be ready for next week. It certainly was nice to be able to get four rounds of golf on grass, which is so valuable this time of year. I know that these players all look forward to the MAAC Championship, which has a different level of golf and a different level of excitement. I don't have to tell them how important it is. They know, so I'm really looking forward to a good week of practice and getting down to Disney World and seeing what's in store at the end of the season."
