Does an infant, or child that is held, need a ticket?
Children two and under are free to attend games.

I purchased tickets previously, can I swap them for better seats if available?
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket by contacting the UAlbany Ticket Office. Additional charges my apply.

I purchased tickets previously from the University at Albany Athletic Ticket office, and now need accessible seating. Can you help me?
If you purchased your tickets from the UAlbany Athletic Ticket office and something has occurred that precludes you from accessing the location of the seats, please call the Ticket Office at (518) 442-DANE. If accessible seating is available for the game in question, we will do our best to assist you.

Where do I park?
Reserved season parking passes are available for GDAC donors and season ticket holders in the Broadview and Dutch lot. Game day parking sales for men's lacrosse and men's basketball will be located in Dutch Lot. Game day parking for women's basketball will be located in Broadview Lot.

Football game day parking is located in the grass lot adjacent to Casey Stadium. Rain location for game day parking is located in Dutch lot.

Do UAlbany students need to purchase tickets for athletic events?
There is NO charge for UAlbany undergrad students to attend regular season athletic events. Students MUST login to their student portal and claim tickets prior to each ticketed event. 

What am I allowed to bring into stadiums and arenas?

What payment options are available?
UAlbany Athletics is a cashless venue. All major credit cards are accepted.

How do I receive my game tickets?
All game tickets are digital. Tickets can be emailed or texted from your online ticketing account. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that will be scanned at the entrance. If copies of the ticket are made, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. Any subsequent attempt to use that ticket will not be permitted.
