BOSTON – The University at Albany women's lacrosse team collected 10 total end-of-season America East Awards, the conference announced Thursday morning.
Paisley Cook and
Mackenzie Salentre led the way, being named First-Team All-Conference Selections.

Cook led the America East with a total of 116 draw control wins, to finish top 20 in the nation, while breaking the single-game conference and program record on April 5, 2025, against the University of New Hampshire when she secured 20 draw control wins. A sophomore midfielder out of Akwesasne, N.Y., she would go on to finish the regular season with 13 points on 10 goals and three assists with one game-winning goal, one free position goal, eight ground balls, and two caused turnovers.

Salentre earns her spot on the All-Conference first team by finishing top 10 in the America East in both ground balls (27) and caused turnovers (18). The 2024 America East Defender of the Year, Salentre, continued to be a staple in the Great Danes' defense, helping UAlbany finish second in the conference with 124 caused turnovers. Named America East Defensive Player of the Week on April 7, 2025, for securing three ground balls and two caused turnovers against UNH, her best performance of the 2025 season came in the season opener against Syracuse, where she tallied four ground balls and three caused turnovers.

In her second season with the Great Danes, Mooney finished the regular season tied for the most assists in the America East with 29 while recording 30 goals for a team high 59 points and adding 13 ground balls and three caused turnovers. D. Williams, who earned America East Player of the Week earlier this season, led the Great Danes offense with a team high 41 goals while acquiring 10 assists for 51 points to finish eighth in the conference in goals and ninth in the conference in points and finished third on the team with 30 draw control wins. At midfield,
Courtney Rowe finished third on the team behind Mooney and D.Williams with 33 points and 27 goals while adding six assists, 35 draw control wins, 11 caused turnovers, and eight ground balls. McCauley earns her spot with second-team honors, finishing top 15 in the conference in ground balls with 23 and caused turnovers with 15. She ranks fourth on the Great Danes roster with 27 points and 23 goals. On defense,
Delilah Mile finished the regular season with a team high 19 caused turnovers to make her top-5 in the conference while also adding 21 ground balls and two goals to her stats for 2025.

Ravan Marsal is the lone UAlbany freshman named to the 2025 All-Rookie Team. The Freshman appeared in 14 games for the Great Danes, where she recorded five goals and two assists for seven points with 10 draw control wins, four ground balls, and one caused turnover.

D. Williams is the only Great Dane with two 2025 America East postseason awards, as the senior working towards her degree in Human Biology holds a 3.48 GPA among her athletic achievements.
Haley Phalines, a 2024 America East First Team and All-Academic Selection who is double majoring in accounting and business administration, appeared in 13 games, starting in five, and holds a 3.94 GPA. She finished the season with nine points from eight goals and one assist while recording 25 draw control wins.

UP NEXT: The Great Danes will look to reclaim their 2023 title in this year's America East Championship, hosted by No. 1 seed Bryant. UAlbany, the Championship's No. 3 seed, will take on No. 2 UMass Lowell this Friday at 7:00 p.m. No. 1 Bryant will host No. 4 UMBC in the game prior. Semifinal winners will meet in the Championship Game scheduled for 1:00 p.m. this Sunday at Beirne Stadium in Smithfield, R.I.
