The Huskies are currently 4-2, defeating UMass 19-16 on Saturday, March 1. As a team, UConn has scored 86 goals with 39 assists from 188 shots and 140 shots on goal for a .745 shots-on-goal percentage. 10 goals came off free positions, while 10 came from a woman-up. The Huskies went 10-26 on free-position attempts. UConn has also recorded 100 ground balls, 92 turnovers, and 63 caused turnovers with 92 draw control wins and is 109-117 on clear attempts.
Rayea Davis leads UConn with 25 points from 19 goals and 6 assists while recording 3 ground balls. Jenna Giardina has recorded 13 assists for the Huskies. Defensively, Abby Beran picked up the most ground balls with 20 and has 13 caused turnovers.

March 1, 2025 | The University at Albany women's lacrosse team claimed its first win of the year on Saturday afternoon, defeating visiting Colgate 15-14.
Courtney Rowe and
Dylana Williams led the team with five goals each.
Mikaela Mooney tallied a hat trick and
Gracie McCauley recorded two goals.
Mooney owned a team-high four assists while
Ava Poupard and McCauley each contributed one.
Grace Cincebox led between the pipes with three saves for a .300 save percentage.
Mackenzie Salentre and Rowe shared a team-high two caused turnovers. The Great Danes out shot Colgate, 38-33.
The Raiders tallied 16 turnovers to UAlbany's 13. In clear attempts, Colgate was 11-13 while the Great Danes were 15-17. UAlbany picked up 17 ground balls to the Raiders 14. At the circle, 18 draw controls were awarded to Colgate while 14 were picked up by the Great Danes.
