GUILDERLAND, N.Y. -- The University at Albany field hockey team recently volunteered at Pine Bush Elementary School in Guilderland, where coaches and student-athletes participated in classes taught by physical education instructors Jen Sykes and Brian Torre.

"We had a great time meeting and playing with the kids," UAlbany head coach Phil Sykes said. "They are such a nice group of kids and staff, and their enthusiasm for the event was overwhelming."
