COACHES CORNER - WEEK TWO

ALBANY, N.Y.- With a winning streak on the line, University at Albany men's soccer (2-1-0) plays host to UMass (0-4-0) and Dartmouth (1-0-1) later this week. The Danes face UMass for the tail end of a UAlbany soccer doubleheader at 7:30 p.m., on Thursday, followed by Dartmouth at 4:00 p.m., on Sunday.

Trevor Gorman & co., posted another shutout last Saturday night, downing George Mason 2-0 in Fairfax. UAlbany enters Thursday's contest unbeaten in its last two contests, beating Rhode Island 1-0 last Sunday.

With the game-winning goal against the Patriots, freshman midfielder Carlos Clark was named America East Rookie of the Week on Tuesday. It was the first league weekly honor for the program in 2015. The goal was Clark's first in the Great Dane uniform.
