ALBANY, N.Y. - UAlbany men's soccer looks to get back on the right track against the Binghamton Bearcats on Saturday, October 6 at the Plumeri Sports Complex (7 p.m.). Great Dane Alumni will be in attendance to cheer on the current student-athletes.

UAlbany battled in a tight match on Saturday, Sept. 29, against Stony
Brook, who sits atop the America East Conference. The Seawolves scored off a
free kick in the 30th minute on their way to a 1-0 victory. The
Great Danes were flagged for six fouls and failed to register a corner kick,
never finding an opportunity to test Stony Brook goalkeeper Stefan Manz.
Scouting Binghamton
· Binghamton is second in the America East
Conference standings with a 5-5 overall record. The Bearcats have been strong
on the road, posting a 4-1 mark. UAlbany will be their second America East
opponent this season. They defeated New Hampshire, 2-1, on Saturday, Sept. 29,
to open up conference play.
· The Bearcats have not lost on the road since
dropping their season opener against Colgate, 3-2.
· Senior forward Jake Keegan has led both Binghamton
and the America East in scoring. He currently leads the conference with nine
goals and 21 points. He's also averaging the most shots per game, averaging
3.50.
Against The Bearcats
This is the 46th meeting between the two teams with
Binghamton leading 27-13-5. The last time the Great Danes faced off against the
Bearcats was last October. The game ended in a 0-0 tie.
