- Started wearing the number 2 at a young age because her sister wore it and she is the reason she plays volleyball
- Community service: pancake breakfasts, leadership, officiating and coaching volleyball camps, annual city clean up
Why did you choose UAlbany?
I chose the University at Albany because I fell in love with the University and the team/coaches. I was welcomed with open arms. I have always dreamt of being a D1 athlete since I started playing. I also wanted to experience the full college lifestyle.
Pickard on Malek
Brooke is a player that will help us shore up our already steady ball control. She has played in international competitions and has worn the Libero jersey for her home country. She is steady and cool and will be an asset to our gym from the moment she steps in.
