ALBANY, N.Y. – The University at Albany and Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling have officially announced the first major external event coming to Broadview Center this summer. On July 1-2, the home of the Great Danes will officially be transformed into the host site of TNA iMPACT! The two-day event will be broadcast LIVE on AMC.
Â
"We're thrilled to partner with TNA Wrestling to bring another national event to UAlbany," said Deputy Athletic Director Vic Cegles. "When we renovated Broadview Center, our goal was not only to enhance the fan experience for basketball, but also to position the facility to attract major external events. Hosting this event in the Capital Region and showcasing Broadview Center on national television is a tremendous opportunity for our university and community. We look forward to bringing more events of this caliber to campus."
