Short Story: The University at Albany men's lacrosse team jumped back into the win column on Saturday afternoon with a 14-10 victory over Hobart at Tom & Mary Casey Stadium.

How it Happened:  

• Silas Richmond scored the first goal of the game four minutes into the first. 
• Shortly after, UAlbany's Brendan O'Keefe scored his first goal of the season, assisted by Koleton Marquis. 
• The Great Danes continued to pressure into Hobart's territory as Richmond struck again with his 11th goal of the season, 3-0. 
• Hobart halted UAlbany's two-minute run with back-to-back goals from Connor DiTomasso, both assisted by David Peterkin, 3-2. 
• 56 seconds later, Great Danes attacker Jackson Palumb scored on a highlight reel goal, which pushed the lead to 4-2. 
• With 2:29 remaining in the first, DiTomasso tallied another goal for the Statesmen. 
• UAlbany quickly answered back with a goal from Ryan Doherty, assisted by Justin Lee, pushing the lead to 5-3.  
• With only seven seconds left in the first, Hobart responded with a goal from Peterkin to bring it within one. 
• The Statesmen got the second quarter rolling with DiTomasso scoring his third goal of the game, assisted by Gordon Bennett, which tied it at 5-5. 
• The Great Danes answered three minutes later with a goal from Richmond to retake the lead, 6-5 
• Hobart tied it two minutes later with a hat trick goal from Peterkin at 9:42 for the final goal of the half. 
• UAlbany got the third quarter rolling with back-to-back goals from Palumb and Marquis to extend the lead to 8-6. 
• The Great Danes scored another pair of back-to-back goals from a bounce shot by Marquis and a long-range from Doherty. 
• Hobart interrupted the scoring run with a goal from Slade Engstrom with 1:20 in the third, assisted by Peterkin, 10-7.  
• Early into the fourth, UAlbany scored two goals tallied by Marquis and Teharonhiorens McComber, pushing the lead to 12-7. 
• Marquis tallied his fourth goal of the game two minutes later to make it 13-7. 
• The Statesmen once again halted the scoring run with a goal by Engstrom with six minutes remaining in the fourth. 
• Palumb recored his third goal of the game which pushed the lead to 14-8 with five minutes remaining.  
• Shortly after, Hobart answered back with two goals of their own from Daniel Cano to make the score 14-10.
