Short Story: The University at Albany men's basketball team battled down to the wire to earn the win over Bryant Thursday night. Â
Coach Killings: "It was a super resilient road win for our team, and it really showed how much this group still believes in itself. We made a lineup change by giving Bauti [Bautista Giralt] the start since Chris [Okechukwu Okeke] was late to a team meeting, and I thought everyone stepped up in their own way. Isaac Abbide was terrific, he battled for 50–50 balls, knocked down a big three, and gave us great energy, while Jaden Kempson showed tremendous poise by hitting the go-ahead bucket. Down ten points on the road, we executed well down the stretch, tightened up defensively in the final few minutes, and earned a really important come-from-behind win."Â
