- UAlbany would be shut out in the second quarter, with Harvard adding seven more goals to lead 14-1 at the end of the second.
- Less than a minute into the third, D. Williams would break Harvard's 11-0 run, capitalizing off a free position goal to make it 14-2 Harvard.
- With just over nine minutes to play in the third, Ava Poupard would be the second Great Dane to score in the game as UAlbany trailed 15-3.
- Right at the seven-minute mark of the third, D. Williams would net her first hat-trick as a Great Danes to make it a 15-4 Crimson lead.
- Harvard would remain ahead 16-4 following three full quarters of play.
- Mikaela Mooney would be the first player to strike in the fourth quarter, scoring two and a half minutes in with Harvard still ahead 16-5.
- Gracie McCauley would score UAlbany's final goal of the game with 10:30 left in the game as the Great Danes would go on a 3-0 run to make it a 10-point game again, 16-6.
- Harvard would find the back of the net two more times before the clock expired, picking up the win over UAlbany 18-6.
