Bryce Johnson leads the team with 58 total rebounds (20 off – 38 def) and has the highest average rebounds (5.8)Â

The Great Danes have an overall 2-0 record against the Pioneers and look to extend their winning record. The last time the two teams faced each other was December 19, 2023, which saw UAlbany come away with a 93-79 win. Four Great Danes finished with double-digit points in the winning effort including Amar'e Marshall. UAlbany outrebounded Sacred Heart, 40-22. As a team, the Great Danes shot 53.4% from the field and 47.6% from behind the arc. Sacred Heart scored 54 of its 79 points in the paint.Â

Jackie Johnson III and Romad Dean are the only two players to start all twelve games for Fordham. Johnson III leads the team in points (228), points per game (19), steals (20), 3-pointers (33), and field goals (82). Dean leads the team all-around in rebounds with 68 total (12 off – 56 def) and averaging 5.7. Abdou Tsimbila leads the Rams in field goal percentage (.561%) and blocks (17). Â

December 14, 2024, | The Great Danes are coming off a 70-77 loss to Drexel. Against the Dragons, Amar'e Marshall was UAlbany's leading scorer with 19 points. DeMarr Langford Jr. shot 7-9 (77.8%) from the field for 14 points while grabbing five rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 33 minutes of work. Justin Neely tied Langford Jr. for a team-high of five rebounds. In 37 minutes on the court, Kacper Klaczek shot 6-11 (54.5%), finishing with 14 points. UAlbany finished the game shooting 27-57 (47.4%) from the field, 2-19 (10.5%) beyond the arc, and went 14-15 (93.3%) from the free throw line along with ten steals.Â

The UAlbany Basketball Postgame Show returns this season to 104.5 The Team ESPN Radio. The show will begin immediately following all games, home and away, for fans to listen to as they commute home or tune in from a distance.Â

The show is set to run for 30 minutes following the final buzzer on 104.5 The Team. Fans will hear initial reactions and a game recap to start the segment followed by interviews with the team. Coach Dwayne Killings and select student-athletes will join ESPN Radio's Rodger Wyland and Michael Johnson Jr. to break down the contest, give insights, opinions, and responses, and discuss the team's next matchup.Â
