ALBANY, N.Y. – With conference play set to start in early January, University at Albany men's and women's basketball single game tickets for the second half of the season are now on sale. In addition, the programs have officially released their second-half promotional schedules.

Fans are invited out to Broadview Center for fun and excitement in each game as both programs compete for an America East Championship. Both programs kick off conference play at home with the women's hosting rival Vermont on Jan. 2 and the men hosting UMass Lowell just two days later on Jan. 4.
 
As of mid-December, both teams have defended home court – combining to go 7-0 at Broadview Center. The women boast a 4-0 home record with wins over Rhode Island, Sacred Heart, Cornell, and RPI, while the men have gone 3-0 with victories over Oneonta, Columbia, and crosstown rival Siena in the Albany Cup.
 
The 2025 conference slate includes returning events such as International Players Night, Commitment to Education Day, and the always popular United Way $5 Kids outings – with new events, such as Neon Night, also set to debut. The 2025 Big Purple Growl and Ferocious Feast is locked in for Saturday, Feb. 1, when the men's program hosts Binghamton for a 7:00 p.m. tipoff.
