BOSTON - The University at Albany's women's volleyball's Zosia Szczotkiewicz was named the America East Setter of the Week, announced Tuesday.
 
A native of Walcz, Poland, Szczotkiewicz totaled 23 assists to average 7.7 per set in a sweep over Siena (9/20). The junior setter added six blocks with the Great Danes' defense.
 
This award is the third-straight weekly award for both the team and Szczotkiewicz.
 
UAlbany is scheduled to compete at Sacred Heart on Wednesday (Sept. 27) before beginning conference season at NJIT on Sunday (Oct. 1).
