ALBANY, N.Y. - The University at Albany softball team is set to announce the 2023 schedule.
The Great Danes will kick off 2023 in South Carolina at Coastal Carolina at the Chanticleer Showdown. UAlbany will see five games in the Palmetto State before heading to the Spring Games at Madeira Beach for the second year in a row.
With two additional tournaments on the schedule, the Great Danes will visit Delaware State and Mount St Mary's before returning to action in New York.
UAlbany will head across town to Siena before hosting UMass Lowell for their first home series to close out March.
Continuing America East action, the Great Danes will visit Maine, Binghamton, and UMass Lowell while hosting UMBC and Bryant in April. On top of conference action, April will bring at least one weekday doubleheader with visits from Syracuse, CCSU, and Seton Hall and road trips to Army and Hartford.
The Great Danes are set to close the season at home against Binghamton with a two-day series, May 5-6.
