ALBANY, N.Y. – Seven of the University at Albany's football games this season will broadcast nationwide digitally, with five games available on ESPN3 and two being shown as the Colonial Athletic Association's “Game of the Week” on CBS Sports Digital.
The Great Danes' season opener Sept. 2 at Old Dominion will be the first ESPN3 broadcast. The other four are:
- Sept. 16, vs. Monmouth, 7 p.m.
- Sept. 23, vs. Villanova, 7 p.m.
- Oct. 21, vs. Maine, 3:30 p.m.
- Oct. 28, vs. Rhode Island, 1 p.m.
UAlbany's game at Elon (Sept. 30) and at home against New Hampshire (Nov. 18) were selected as the CAA's “Game of the Week.” Both will be shown free on College Sports Live (collegesportslive.com), a streaming service from CBS Sports Digital that broadcasts more than 10,000 live college events. The games also are available on the College Sports Live mobile app.
The CAA announced Friday that it has signed an agreement with CBS Sports Digital to stream a “Game of the Week” for football through each of the next two seasons.

Scott Sudikoff will handle play-by-play for the CBS Sports Digital games with color analyst Brandon Noble, a former defensive lineman at Penn State who also played for the Dallas Cowboys (1999-2002) and Washington Redskins (2003).
Rodger Wyland will call play-by-play for UAlbany's four home games broadcast on ESPN3.
