Earned a spot on the 2009 USTFCCCA Division I Men's All-Academic Track and Field Team, the ESPN The Magazine District I Academic All-America Men's Track and Field Team and the America East Conference All-Academic Team (indoor/outdoor) ... Named the America East Conference Scholar-Athlete of the Year outdoors ... Also made the America East Conference Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor) ... Outdoors, earned All-East honors for tieing for seventh in the long jump (24-feet, 2.25-inches) at the NCAA East Regional Championship ... Fell just one centimeter shy of automatically qualifying for NCAA Nationals ... Placed seventh in the long jump (23-10.25) and 10th in the triple jump (48-3.50) at the IC4A Championship ... Won the long jump and set the school record for leaping 24-9.25 at the America East championship to garner all-conference accolades and help the squad win its fifth straight title ...
