2011: Played in five games for the Pioneers, in which he recovered a ground ball against Mesa State and American International.

2010: Saw some action on defense during three games for the Pioneers at C.W Post.

High School: Lettered two years for lacrosse and three years for football at Bethpage...As captain in 2009 he earned his spot as an All-Conference and Academic All-Conference player... Won the James Hasenflug Award at Bethpage for the Best 2 sport male athlete...Was a Nassua County Champion for football for three years at Bethpage...Helped his team win the 2010 Division II at C.W. Post as well as the NCAA National Championship in 2010.

Personal: A political science major...Parents are Joseph and Marie Carrello...Has two brothers, Anthony and Michael.
