ALBANY, N.Y. – UAlbany’s Sarah Martin has been selected to the ILWomen Midseason All-America Team by Inside Lacrosse magazine, announced by the publication on Wednesday.
As of Wednesday, the senior midfielder is third in Division I with six points per game, second with 3.88 goals per game and 16th with 5.63 draw controls per game.
In total, through eight games she has tallied 31 goals and 17 assists for 48 points, adding 45 draw controls, 18 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.
She has scored at least five points in six of her eight games played, highlighted by a 10-goal performance vs. Yale, the highest amount of goals in a single game by any Division I player this season.
Martin and the Great Danes will take on Stony Brook on Long Island on Sunday, April 2nd at 12 p.m.
