SHORT STORY: The UAlbany softball team fell in their final matchup of their weekend series with Bryant, Sunday afternoon.

- Sophomore Mary Kate Murray led the team with a home run for UAlbany's two runs.
- Five additional Great Danes recorded a hit, including a double from freshman Katie Parisi.
- Sophomore Hailey Errichiello pitched 4.1 innings as a relief pitcher allowing three runs and one walk while striking out one.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Bryant scored seven runs in the bottom of the first inning to take an early lead.
- After a scoreless second inning, sophomore Sara Scozzari recorded the Great Danes' first single. Senior Kasey Conn immediately followed with a second infield single.
- The Bulldogs drove in two more runs to extend their lead, 9-0, in the bottom of the third.
- Katie Parisi led off the top of the fourth with a double.
- Mary Kate Murray followed with a first-pitch home run to cut into Bryant's lead.
- Freshman Sierra Roy and junior Kristina Langdon both singled to land on base but were unable to make it home.
- The Bulldogs scored one run in the bottom of the fourth for a 10-2 advantage.
- Unable to get on base in the top of the fifth, the Great Danes fell in the series' rubber match.
