Short Story: The University at Albany men's basketball team came up big against New Hampshire on senior night, ending their regular season home stand with a win.
Coach Killings: "I thought our guys responded really well after a tough loss on Thursday. I wasn't happy with our effort or focus in that game, but we bounced back today, and a big part of that was Zach Matulu. He brought swagger and grit both in preparation and on the floor, and even though he was on a 15 to 20 minute restriction, we kept him just under 15 and he played extremely well with great energy and aggression. Our two seniors also stepped up, Chris was strong on the glass with some big late plays, and while it wasn't Isaac's best game, he still contributed. Overall, it was a great team response, and
Miles Rose made a big impact as well, stepping up in extended minutes."
