- She was followed by Kloey Roos with three goals.
- Ravan Marsel dished out two assists to lead the Great Danes in assists alongside a team-high three ground balls and three assists.
- Grace Cincebox spent all 60-minutes in the net with seven saves against 16 shots on goal for a.438 save percentage.
How It Happened
- Maddy Gill of Niagara opened the game scoring with just over 10 minutes to play in the first.
- The Great Danes soon followed with a barrage of four goals in four minutes, led by two goals from Amanda Williamson to give UAlbany the 4-1 lead, which they would not trail for the remainder of the game.
- Niagara's Ashleigh Blanding responded with two goals to make it a 4-3 contest before Zareena Sorho and Reggie Williams found the back of the net to give UAlbany a 6-3 lead after 15-minutes of play. Williams' goal came as the first of her career.
- Jaedyn Frink scored the only goal of the second one. Woman up opportunity to make it a 7-3 contest at the half.
- The third period saw the most combined scoring as both sides combined for nine goals, highlighted by two goals each from Kloey Roos and Zareena Sorho to give them both hat tricks in the game as UAlbany would lead 12-7 after three quarters.
- Both sides would score in the fourth as Mya Carroll added her second goal of the game, and Zareena Sorho her fourth, as the Great Danes came away with the 14-9 victory.
