Location: Space Coast Classic Presented by MoonGolf at Duran GC in Melbourne, Fla.
 
Short Story: The University at Albany women's golf team started the spring season off strong with an eighth-place finish at the Space Coast Classic presented by MoonGolf. The Great Danes beat out fellow MAAC schools Quinnipiac and Sacred Heart in the process.
 
The team was led by Madison Kuratani, shooting two rounds of +1 and a final round of +3 to finish five strokes over par en route to a T-18^th place finish. Mia Cepeda finished nine strokes over par to come home in 26^th, while Thantita Aungsuseewong shot 14 strokes over to finish T-42^nd.
