  • Mark Gajowski started on the mound for UAlbany, and Marcus Botelho started for Siena. 
  • Siena got the scoring started in the top of the first with three runs, including a pair of RBI doubles from Gavin Thorburn and Aiden Paradine to make it 3-0.
  • UAlbany answered back and took the lead with four in the bottom of the frame, including a two-run double from Kyle Stephens to make it 4-3.
  • In the bottom of the second, the Great Danes scored nine more, highlighted by a two-run single by Luke Filippi and a three-run double by Levi McAllister to extend the lead to 13-3.
  • Nolan Puglisi came in to pitch for Siena in the bottom of the second.
