BOSTON, Mass. – UAlbany volleyball's Maria Olga Siapani has been named the America East Setter of the Week for the fifth time this season, announced Tuesday.

Siapani directed the offense to a 2-0 weekend, tallying 78 assists over eight sets for an average of 9.75 per set, while adding 28 digs, three blocks, and two service aces. She posted 37 assists and 11 digs in a sweep of New Hampshire before following up with 41 assists, 17 digs, and two blocks in a five-set win over Bryant.

The reigning America East Rookie of the Year continues to lead the conference in assists per set (8.89) and ranks among the top setters in digs per set (2.85).
