th minute, when the Pirates capitalized on a penalty kick to take the 2-1 victory over the Great Danes.

How it Happened:
- Daniel Shannon recorded the first save of the contest off a laser shot at 12:13 from Til Kauschke just outside the top of the box.
- Following another save from Shannon, the Pirates had a near-open goal opportunity before a clear from Lovro Horvat kept it a tied match at nil-nil in the 28th minute.
- Jared Smith of Seton Hall was the first to get the ball in the back of the net to make it a 1-nil match following an official's review, having previously been called offside.
- A substitution in the 38th minute saw Parker Kump enter in goal for the first time this season in place of Shannon.
- Ivar Orri Gissurarson tied the match in the 40th minute thanks to an assist off a throw-in from Cristos Efstathiou near the far side of the pitch, meters from the corner flag.
- The first yellow card of the match was awarded to Virgil Dall'Agnol of the Pirates in the 58th minute.
- A save from Kump off a shot from Jack Kossoudji kept the contest 1-1 with 19:15 to play in regular time.
- A penalty kick for Seton Hall in the 89th minute saw John Vignir Petursson positively convert his opportunity going top right to seal the Pirates' 2-1 victory over UAlbany.
- Max Kwitchoff was given a red card with 15 seconds to play before time expired.
