ALBANY, N.Y. – The University at Albany has announced that 2024 football single game tickets are officially on sale. In addition, the 2024 football promotional schedule has been released as the defending Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Champions welcome fans back to Casey Stadium for another spectacular season.
 
Single game tickets can be purchased for the 2024 season via UAlbany's online ticketing system, Ticket Return. Season ticket renewals are due Aug. 1. To renew season tickets, fans are encouraged to visit their Ticket Return online account. To purchase new season tickets for the 2024 season, click HERE, or call the UAlbany Athletics Ticket Office, open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at (518) 442-DANE. Fans can also email questions to the ticket office at GreatDaneTickets@albany.edu.
 
The Great Danes return to the gridiron on Aug. 31 to start the season against Long Island. The 7:00 p.m. matchup under the lights will be a "Blackout" where fans will be encouraged to fill the stands in black attire in support of the Great Danes, who will sport their popular black jerseys. The home opener will also feature a fireworks display for fans to enjoy at halftime as the team plays its first game since making its first-ever NCAA National Semifinal appearance in 2023.
 
The team returns on Sept. 28 after a month-long break from Casey Stadium. The Great Danes will jump into CAA play against rival Maine for the team's annual Hometown Heroes Game, honoring the men and women who serve our country as well as the Capital Region's first responders and health care workers. In addition, the Great Danes will be celebrating Family Weekend. Students are encouraged to bring their families to campus to participate in pregame activities thanks to UAlbany Student Affairs. Following another two weeks on the road, UAlbany returns home on Oct. 19 to host Elon as alumni and friends from years past return to campus to celebrate homecoming weekend. For more information on Homecoming, click here.
 
The team will break out its pink gear for its annual Breast Cancer Awareness Game on Nov. 2 against New Hampshire. The game is circled on the calendar, as it is one that touches the hearts of many on the team and around the Capital Region.
 
Finally, the Great Danes return home on Nov. 23 with a matchup against Hampton for Senior Day. The team will honor its senior class and those who have given so much to the program during their time at UAlbany with a special pregame ceremony before wrapping up the regular season.
