ALBANY, N.Y. – With the World Games starting in a week, several people with UAlbany ties, including Scott Marr and five players, will be part of the 2018 Iroquois Nationals roster.
Five UAlbany players, current Great Danes Tehoka Nanticoke and Ron John plus alumni Lyle Thompson, Miles Thompson and Ty Thompson, all made the 23-man Iroquois Nationals roster. All six people will be heading to Israel for the 2018 World Games, starting on July 12th. The Iroquois Nationals earned the bronze medal in the 2014 games, the first team the team finished in the top-three.
