Indoor, recorded season-best times of 58.74 (400m), 1:14.49 (500m), 1:38.03 (600m) ... ran the first leg of title winning 4x400 relay squad at the America East Championships with a time of 3:46.26 which set a new school record.
2010-11:
Indoor: All-conference selection ... Took third place for season-best 500-meter time of 1:15.27 at the America East Championship ... Gave UAlbany a fifth place 4x400 relay finish (3:59.45) at the NYRR Collegiate Meet at the Armory III ... Ran the 500 in 1:16.23 to finish second at the NYRR ... Had a 800 time of 2:24.12 at the Great Dane Classic.
Outdoor: Took second place in the 400-meter dash clocking in at 1:00.65 at the Dick Shea Open ... Ran the second leg of the 4x400 relay in the second place time of 3:52.17 at the UMass Invitational ... Season-best 400 dash time was 58.19 ... Had 800-meter run times of 2:19.44, 2:22.74, an d anchored the 4x800 for a finishing time of 9:18.51, good for fourth place at the America East Championship.
2009-10: Made the America East Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor)
Indoor: placed fifth in the 500 in 1:16.90 at the America East championship after running a personal-best time of 1:16.42 in the prelims.
Outdoor: finished 13th in a personal-best time of 58.18 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the America East championship ... Also led off the seventh-place 4x800-meter relay (9:34.30) ... Ran a collegiate-best time of 25.89 in the 200 at the Capital District Classic
2008-09: Named to the America East Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor)
Indoor: Ran a leg for the 4x400-meter relay team which placed 26th in 3:57.56 at the ECAC Championship ... Finished 10th in the 400 (59.42) at the America East championship after running fastest time of the season (59.02) in the preliminary round.
Outdoor: Placed 16th in the 400 (59.94 seconds) at the America East championship ... Turned in a season-best time of 26.58 in the 200 at the Capital District Classic.
