Tee Ladouceur

A Captial Region native, Ladouceur just completed her third season at UAlbany. She joined the women's lacrosse staff as an assistant coach in September 2012. 

Working primarily with the offense, Ladouceur has coached two-time America East major award winner Rachel Bowles to repeat IWLCA All-Region First Team honors. She has been a part of three UAlbany squads to reach the America East final, as well as the 2015 NCAA squad. The Syracuse graduate has coached two America East Offensive Players of the Year, one America East Player of the Year and five America East All-Conference First Team Danes in the attack and midfield. 

Ladouceur was part of the RPI women's lacrosse staff for a year. A former standout at Syracuse University, she was an IWLCA National All-America Third Team selection in 2010 for the Orange.

During her career at Syracuse, Ladouceur, a native of Slingerlands, N.Y., played in 68 games with 130 goals and 112 assists for 216 points to her credit. She also scooped up 45 ground balls, won 34 draw controls and recorded 36 caused turnovers. In addition to IWLCA honors, Ladoucer was also a Womenslax.com All-American and a selection to the Tawaaraton Watch List in 2011.

A 2011 Preseason All-Big East Team honoree, Ladouceur led all Division I players in assists in 2010 as the Orange made an appearance in the Final Four. Other honors to her credit included Big East First Team and Second Team honors in 2011 and 2010, respectively. She also played a season at the University at Albany, where she was twice selected as the America East Rookie of the Week in 2008.

Ladouceur played high school lacrosse at Bethlehem High School from 2003-07 and also played for the Albany Elite Lacrosse Club. Additionally, she was a member of the Adirondack Team at the Empire State Games for three seasons.

In addition to her playing career, Ladouceur has devoted her time to a number of camps and clinics within New York State, including with the Albany Elite Lacrosse Club from 2009-10. She helped guide the Renlentless Hustle Lacrosse Club 2014 team to the Four Tournament Championships in 2011 and volunteered her time at both the Syracuse Lacrosse and Nike Cup Team Camp from 2008-2011.

She has also served as a volunteer at Gary Gait's Laxapalooza in 2009 & 2010 and at the Battalax Camp with current UAlbany head coach John Battaglino.
