Outdoor: Scored 3,827 points in the heptathlon at the America East Championship ... Sixth place finish in the javelin with a 102-0 throw at the Capital District Classic ... Also had a fourth place high jump leap of 5-0.25 at the same meet ... Registered 100-meter hurdle times of 17.77, 17.85, 18.32, and 18.34.
2009-10:
Indoor: Took sixth place in the high jump (4-7) at season-opener competition, Army's Carleton Crowell Open ... Took ninth in pentathlon with 1,834 points at the same meet ... Registered two top-twenty finishes at the Binghamton Tri-Meet; tied eighth in high jump (4-11) and 16th in the long jump (14-5.75).
Outdoor: Season-best 100-meter hurdle time was 17.47 and 200-meter dash was 28.36 ... Had discus throws of 106-11, 100-4, 88-10, and 97-11 ... Took thrid place in the javelin with a 80-11 throw at the 1st Annual Friendship Meet ... Scored 3,762 points in the heptathlon at the America East Conference Championship, good for 10th place overall.

Named to the America East Conference Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor)
Indoor: Placed 14th in the pentathlon with 2,471 points at the America East championship ... Turned in a pair of season-best performances in the 200 (30.23) and the 60-hurdles (11.17) at Yale's Giegengack Invitational ... Cleared 4-9 in the high jump at the Great Dane Classic and finished the 55-hurdles in 10.09 at the Binghamton Tri-Meet.
Outdoor: Finished 12th in the heptathlon with 3,651 points at the America East championship ... Posted marks of 28.94 seconds in the 200-meter dash and 4-feet, 10.25-inches in the high jump at the Capital District Classic as well as 18.39 in the 100-meter high hurdles and 14-11.50 in the long jump at Princeton's Larry Ellis Invitational.
