Outdoor: took five first place discus honors throughout the season ... At the America East Championships (Baltimore, Md.) broke stadium record with a 152-01 throw ... Had best throw of the season at the UMass Invitational with a 142-10 distance and took fourth place in shot put (37-01.00) ... Took first place in shot put (40-0.75) at the Capital District Classic ... 2009-10: Made the America East Conference Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor)
Indoor: placed 11th in the shot put with a mark of 36-4.75 at the America East Conference Championship ... Had a personal-best throw of 39-2.25 in the shot put at the Binghamton Tri-Meet.

Outdoor: placed 40th in the discus throw with a toss that traveled 139-feet, 6-inches at the NCAA East Preliminary Round ... Finished ninth in the event (140-10) at the ECAC Championship ... Garnered all-league honors by winning the discus throw (147-11) at the America East championship to help the Great Danes claim their second straight title ...
