Named to the America East Conference Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor) ... Outdoors, ran for the 16th-place 4x400-meter relay (3:14.92) at the IC4A Championship ... Named all-conference for finish­ing third in the 800-meter run (1:53.21) and running a leg on the second-place 4x800-meter relay team (7:47.38) at the America East Championship ... Also ran a leg on the 4x800-meter relay which placed 13th in its section and 29th overall in the “College” division at Penn Relays, clocking in at 7:56.28 ... Won the 800-meter run at the UAlbany Spring Classic in a personal-best time of 1:52.59 ... Indoors, ran a leg for the 13th-place 4x800-meter relay squad (7:44.18) at the IC4A Championship ... Named all-conference for winning the 800-meter run in 1:54.05 and running a leg on the third-place 4x800-meter relay (7:51.55) at the America East Championship.

2006-07:

Named to the America East Academic Honor Roll (indoor/outdoor) ... Outdoors, ran on the ninth-place 4x800-meter relay team (7:47.20) at the IC4A Championship ... Named all-conference for running on second-place 4x800-meter relay squad (7:45.73) at the America East Championship ... Also finished 13th in the 800-meter run (2:00.23) ... Member of the 4x800-meter relay team that set the meet record as well as the school record at New York Relays, clocking in at 7:35.60 ... Indoors, competed on the third-place 4x800-meter relay team that broke the school record with a time of 7:37.83 at the IC4A Championship ... Was named all-conference for running a leg on the third-place distance medley relay team (9:55.62) that set the school record at the America East Championship.

2005-06:

Outdoors, ran a leg on the 19th-place 4x800-meter relay team (7:47.81) at the IC4A Championship ... Named all-conference for placing third in the 800-meter run (1:55.11) at the America East Champion­ship ... Also competed as a member of the fourth-place 4x800-meter relay squad (7:51.81) ... Ran on the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay (3:10.80) in the “IC4A” division as well as the sprint medley relay (3:31.28) which finished 29th overall and third in its heat of the “Championship of America” division at Penn Relays ... Indoors, competed on the 25th-place 4x800-meter relay team (7:54.43) at the IC4A Championship ... Named all-conference for running a leg on the winning 4x800-meter relay team (7:38.87) and the third-place distance medley relay team (10:04.88) at the America East Championship ... Was also seventh in the 800-meter run (1:56.49).

Lettered in track and field and soccer all four years and in basketball for two years at Shaker High School ... Team captain ... All-America selection in track and field, running a leg on the 4x400-meter relay team that won a national championship ... Team MVP in track and field for three years ...
