At Notre Dame (2006-10): Earned two letters in outdoor track and field in 2007 and 2010 ... Placed 19th in the 5,000-meter run (14:56.36) at the 2010 Big East Conference Championship and 18th in the 1,500-meters (3:52.72) at the 2007 Big East meet ... Finished fourth in the 1,500 (3:49.01) at the Hillsdale Relays in 2010 ... Also earned two letters in cross country in 2006 and 2007 ... Raced in the Gold Division at the 2006 Notre Dame Invitational, placing 28th overall and third on the team in 25:39 ...Placed 21st overall and seventh on the team at the 2007 National Catholic Cross Country Invitational.

High School: Lettered in cross country and track and field for three years at Saratoga Springs ... Helped cross country squad win the national title at Nike Cross Nationals (NXN) in 2005 ... Indoor state champion in the 1,600-meters as a senior ... Ran a personal-best time of 4:14 in the mile.
