The team's number two runner as a redshirt freshman ... Made the America East Conference Academic Honor Roll ... Placed sixth overall and second on the squad (19:31) in leading the Great Danes to the team title in collegiate debut at the Monmouth XC Kick-Off ... Finished 15th in the field and third on the team in 26:27 at the America East pre-championship ... Was 27th overall and second on the squad in 26:10 to help the Great Danes place fourth behind nationally and regionally-ranked competition at the George Mason Invitational ... Ran a season-best 8k time of 26:38 to place 10th overall and second on the squad to help the Great Danes finish third at the UAlbany Invitational ... Finished 23rd in the field and second on the squad in 26:38 at the America East championship to in leading the Great Danes to a fourth-place finish, the program's highest since 2004 ... Also helped UAlbany post a program-record second-place finish at the IC4A Championship by placing 31st overall and fourth on the team in the University Division race (26:44).

Two-year letterwinner in cross country at Millbrook ... Also lettered in track and field for three years, basketball and soccer for four years and in baseball for one year ... Two-year team captain in track and field ... Personal-best times were 4:24 in the mile, 1:58 in the 800-meter run and 51.9 seconds in the 400-meter dash.
