    • Four-year competitor (2021-24)
    • Appeared in 44 games with six starts as part of the Orange
      • Battled through injury but still appeared in 18 games as a senior
    • Scored six goals, including four as a junior

    • Four-year varsity field hockey player for Jody Patterson

    • 3x MSHAA All-Conference (2017, 19, 20)
    • 2x Team MVP (2019, 20)

Why did you choose UAlbany?

I chose UAlbany because of its great masters program for public administration and policy. I was very excited speaking to the field hockey coaches and knowing there was a good balance between sport and school. The community here is amazing and it was just something I couldn’t pass up. The team culture was definitely something I wanted to be a part of as they want to grow us as athletes and humans.
 

Sykes on Bell

We are very excited to be adding Olivia to our team. A very feisty and skillful attacking player who will bring a lot of experience and confidence from playing in the ACC. She joins Nina Walters ‘13 as our second player from the St. Louis area and Gateway Field Hockey club.
