How to Purchase Tickets
Purchasing tickets online is quick and easy with just a few simple steps:
- Visit ualbanysports.com/tickets
- Login to your account using the “My Account” tab and enter your login information.
- Select Women’s Basketball Season Tickets
If this is your FIRST TIME ordering online:
- Visit ualbanysports.com/tickets
- Select “My Account” followed by “Create New Account”.
- Enter your e-mail address, create a password and verify your account information
- Select Women’s Basketball Season Tickets
Patrons may also call the UAlbany Athletic Ticket Office, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. to order season tickets at (518) 442-DANE.
Season tickets with an assigned seating locations areas (sections 100-300 & 500-700) are $50 per ticket, regardless of age.
Courtside season tickets are reserved seating locations marked with personalized seating assignments. Courtside seats are priced at $100 for the season.

Important Dates
August 1: Deposits due for all women’s basketball season tickets.
October 1: Full payment for women’s Basketball season tickets and donations due.
October 21: Patrons may contact the Athletic Ticket Office to make accessible seating exchange requests
October 24: Basketball Bash Meet & Greet/Season Ticket Pick-Up
October 25: Approximate mail date for season tickets & parking via USPS priority mail service
February 2019: Donors and season ticket-holders notified of America East tournament pre sale process.
Address Changes
It is the patron’s responsibility to inform the UAlbany Athletic Ticket Office of any changes in mailing addresses by September 1. Mailing address changes should be submitted on the season order form, in a separate letter, or online at ualbanysports.com by logging into your account.
Mailing of Tickets & Parking
Season tickets & parking will be mailed approximately October 25, 2019 via USPS first-class mail service.
Admission Policy
The University at Albany Athletic Department requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket for men’s basketball games. The UAlbany Athletic Department will allow one lap child without charge when attending an event with a ticketed adult. To obtain a complimentary lap ticket, a parent or guardian can request a lap ticket at a SEFCU Arena entrance gate. The Athletic Department defines a lap child as any child less than 2 years of age. This child must be seated on the lap of the accompanying adult. If you want your infant to have his or her own seat, you must buy a ticket to the event. Car seats, baby carriers, and strollers are not allowed in UAlbany Athletic Facilities.
Accessible Seats
A limited number of accessible seats may be available on a season ticket basis. Please make a notation on your season ticket application if you are interested in accessible season tickets, which are subject to availability. Patrons needing to make accessible seating arrangements for individual games should contact the Athletic Ticket Office prior to game day, as seats are limited and subject to availability.
SEFCU Arena Accessibility Guide
Accessible seating at SEFCU Arena meets all ADA requirements. If available, individuals may purchase one accessible seat and up to three seats for companions. Individuals who received a ticket from a source other than the UAlbany Athletic Ticket Office and need an accessible seat should contact the Athletic Ticket Office. Accessible seats may be sold to the general public only after the general seating is sold out. A limited number of accessible seats will be held for exchanges but not for sale.
Season Parking - Men’s Lacrosse
Advanced sale of parking for women’s basketball is only available on a season basis.
Season parking for women’s basketball is located in the SEFCU Arena parking lot. Fans are welcomed to purchase season parking at $50. Season parking will include ALL women’s basketball home games and potential America East Conference post season play.
Refunds
Refunds or exchanges are only granted if an order is not filled. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or date change.
Finding a Home for Unused Tickets
We understand it is not always possible to make every single home game. As a service to season ticket holders, UAlbany Athletics offers the following services designed to help make sure your tickets don’t go unused.
Ticket Forwarding
Ticket Forwarding is available for free to all season ticket holders. This online service allows season ticket holders to electronically transfer tickets for a specific game to friends, family, coworkers and more. This convenient system allows you to avoid the hassle of physically delivering tickets. It’s fast, safe, secure and easy to use. Season ticket holders can access the Ticket Forwarding by logging into their online ticketing account at ualbanysports.com
