2006-07 team captain. 2005-06: Tri-Captain... Placed third and earned all-conference honors in the 400-meter dash at the America East Conference Outdoor Championship... Also anchored the third-place 4x400-meter relay and competed in the 200-meter dash prelims at the conference championship... Ran a leg of the 4x800 and the distance medley relay, which both set school records at Penn Relays... Top UAlbany finisher in the 400-meters at the Puerto Rico Classic, plus ran the lead leg of the winning 4x400-meter relay... Earned All-America East indoor honors in the 400-meters with a second-place finish of 57.09... Part of the school record-holding distance medley relay team (11:46.16) at the America East Indoor Championship... Anchored the 4x400 relay that posted an ECAC-qualifying time of 3:52.32 at the Collegiate Invitational...
