Short Story: UAlbany hosted its only home meet of the 2023-24 season, winning 27 of 40 events while setting five meet, one facility, and one freshman class record.

  • Kate Del Gandio moves into sixth place in program history in the women's 100m hurdles.
  • Olivia Nelson Chevry moves into 10th place in program history in the women's 100m hurdles.
  • Antwone Messado moves into fourth place in program history in the men's 110m hurdles.
  • Dominique Clarke breaks her own meet record of 11.56 set in 2022.
  • Shak Williams sets a new meet record in the men's 100m, surpassing the previous mark of 10.41 set in 2023 by Lionel Metuba, competing unattached.
  • Shavar Staats Jr. moves into third place in program history in the men's 100m.
  • Clarke set a new meet record in the women's 200m, surpassing the previous mark of 24.06 set in 2016 by Kadecia Baird, competing unattached.
  • Charlotte Moscovici sets a new freshman class program record in the women's pole vault, surpassing the previous mark of 10-07.00 set in 2019 by Sam Martinez.
  • Moscovici and Eva Edery move into a tie for seventh in program history in the women's outdoor pole vault.
  • Stephanie Weiner's best wind-legal mark in the women's long jump was a personal-best 17-10.25.
  • Brianna Thier's best wind-legal mark in the women's long jump was a personal-best 17-08.75.
  • Ludith Campos sets a new facility record in the women's hammer, surpassing the previous mark of 197-02.00 set in 2023 by Maine's Mackenzie Wilson, and also breaks her own meet record of 178-08.00 set in 2022.
  • Steph Green moves into second place in program history in the women's hammer.
  • Martin Carey moves into seventh place in program history in the men's hammer.
  • John Coddington moves into eight place in program history in the men's hammer.
  • UAlbany alumna and volunteer assistant coach Noreen Guilfoyle placed second in the women's 5,000m in 19:32.76.
  • UAlbany alumnus Charlie Ragone placed second as a member of the Run Club 4x400m relay.
  • A timing malfunction in the first heat of the men's 400m prevented any times from being recorded.
