RESULTS: Triple Jump | 3000mSC
 
SHORT STORY: Leonard Durau and Brooks Robson both competed in the triple jump at their first NCAA regional competition, Friday evening. 
 
KEY NOTES

• Despite competing fifth in flight two, freshman Leonard Durau was UAlbany's first athlete to jump, as flights one and two competed side-by-side with staggered starts. He jumped 15.03m (his best mark of the day) twice, once on his first jump then again on his third. Overall, Durau placed 34th in his first NCAA quarterfinal competition. 
• Brooks Robson jumped eighth in flight one and marked 14.40m on his first attempt, which remained his best of the day. Ultimately, Robson finished 44th overall, improving from his initial ranking at 45th. 
• Jed Elmbarki scratched from the 3000m steeplechase due to injury.
