LAST TIME OUT
- On Monday, December 16, the Great Danes tallied their 10th win of the season against Merrimack.
- Four Great Danes scored in the double-digits - Kaci Donovan (20), Jessica Tomasetti (14), Kayla Cooper (14), and Laycee Drake (10).
- Graduate students Tomasetti and Cooper led the team with five assists each.
- Fellow classmate Lilly Phillips earned a team-high four rebounds.
- As a team, the Great Danes totaled 10 steals and forced 18 turnovers.
GREAT DANE REWIND
- After beating St. Bonaventure on December 14, UAlbany secured the best 10-game start in Division I history (9-1).
- The team's one loss of the season came in its crosstown matchup at Siena (12.7).
- Going undefeated in November, UAlbany earned a double-digit season-opening victory against Rhode Island (11.8) while adding head coach Colleen Mullen's first win over a Power Four (Five) at Syracuse (11.20). Additional wins in November were against Dartmouth (11.13), Sacred Heart (11.16), Cornell (11.23) and RPI (11.27).
- The Great Danes added wins against Stonehill (12.1), Boston U (12.10), and Merrimack (12.16).
- Kayla Cooper leads with 18.3 points per game, 8.3 rebounds per game, and 31 assists.
- Junior Gabriela Falcão owns a team-high 13 blocks.
- Kaci Donovan (12.8) makes it two total Great Danes averaging at least 10 ppg.
- Jessica Tomasetti currently leads the team with 19 steals.
- Seven out of eight athletes who have seen time in all games are shooting over 40% with four shooting over 47.5% from the field.
- As a team, the Great Danes are shooting .468 from the field, with a 37.3% accuracy from downtown, and .762 from the line.

- Kaci Donovan (2 away) and senior Laycee Drake (10 away) are closing in on 100 career assists while Kayla Cooper has to earn 2 more assists for 200 in her career.

- The Great Danes are off to a spectacular performance in the non-conference season, fueled by the leadership of head coach Colleen Mullen.
- After defeating St. Bonaventure on Saturday (12/14), UAlbany sealed the best 10-game start in Division I program history with just one loss.

- Wisconsin opened the season with two wins - Wright State (11.5) and Georgetown (11.10) - before falling to South Dakota State for their first loss of the season (11.13).
- After three wins against Milwaukee (11.17), UIC (11.21), and Omaha (11.23), the Badgers went 2-1 at the Cancun Challenge - wins against Providence (11.29) and VCU (11.30) and a loss to San Diego State (11.28).

AMERICA EAST STANDINGS
- UAlbany remains at the top of the league with one loss in 11 games.
- Bryant (7-4), UMBC (6-4), and Binghamton (6-5) follow with winning records.
- New Hampshire sits even with five wins in 10 contests.
- Vermont (5-7) and Maine (3-7) sit below .500.
- UMass Lowell and NJIT round out the conference with two wins each. The River Hawks hold a slight advantage with nine losses to the Highlanders' 10.

- UAlbany's Kayla Cooper was named the Player of the Week on Monday for the fourth time this season.
- Cooper averaged 16.0 points, 9.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, 1.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks per game, including six offensive rebounds per game.
- Finished with 15 & 10 as UAlbany doubled up BU, 72-36.
- Currently leads AE in FG% (63.8%) and second in both scoring (18.7) and rebounding (8.8).
- UAlbany's Martina Borrellas was selected as the Rookie of the Week
- She averaged 4.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 1.5 blocks, 1.5 assists, and 1.0 steals per game in a pair of dominant wins.
