Named to the America East Conference Com­missioner’s Academic Honor Roll in both indoor and outdoor track ... Out­doors, placed 24th overall in the 100-meter high hurdles (14.21) at the NCAA East Regional ... Finished 11th in the 100-meter hurdles (14.03 sec­onds) and ran on the 19th-place 4x100-meter relay team (47.79) at the ECAC Championship ... Named all-conference for winning the 100-meter hurdles in a meet record time of 13.98 seconds and running a leg on the third-place 4x100-meter relay team (48.31) at the America East Champion­ship ... Also placed 11th in the 400-meter dash, clocking in at 1:05.34 ... Ran on the 4x200-meter relay team (1:40.67) that broke a school record in the college race at Penn Relays, also ran a leg for the 4x100-meter relay team (48.28 seconds) that placed fifth in its heat of the college race as well as the sprint medley relay squad (4:08.02) which finished sixth in its heat of the “Championship of America” race ... Indoors, finished 20th in the 60-meter hurdles (8.91 seconds) at the ECAC Championship ...Was named all-conference for winning the 55-meter hurdles in 8.06 seconds at the America East Championship ... Also placed 11th in the 55-meter dash, clocking in at 7.42 seconds.

2006-07:

Outdoors, was named all-confer­ence for finishing second in the 100-meter hurdles (14.56) at the America East Championship ... Indoors, finished sixth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.72) at the ECAC Championship ... Was named all-conference for winning and setting a school record in the pentathlon (3,594 points) and for winning the 55-meter high hurdles (8.16) at the America East Championship.

2005-06:

Outdoors, finished 30th in the 100-meter high hurdles (14.58) at the NCAA East Regional ... Was 10th in the 100-meter high hurdles (14.33) and ran a leg for the 15th-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:53.14) at the ECAC Championship ... Placed 19th in the 100-meter high hurdles (14.61) at the Junior National Championship ... Was named all-conference for winning the 100-meter high hurdles in 14.13 seconds and placing third in the heptathlon with 4,128 points at the America East Championship ... Indoors, placed 14th in the 60-meter hurdles (9.26) and 15th in the pentathlon (3,079 points) at the ECAC Championship ... Was named all-conference for winning the 55-meter hurdles (8.25) and finishing second in the pentathlon (3,401 points) at the America East Championship.

Lettered in track and field all four years at Ramapo High School ... Team captain for two years ... Named all-state, all-county and all-section as well as team MVP ... Personal bests were 12.5 seconds in the 100-meter dash, 25.9 seconds in the 200-meter dash, 57.6 seconds in the 400-meter dash, 15 seconds in the 100-meter hurdles, 16-09.5 in the long jump and 3,177 points in the pentathlon ...
