Biography

2006-07 team captain. 2005-06: Received All-America honors after placing tenth in the javelin at the NCAA Championship with a throw of 216-4... Was the first UAlbany field athlete to ever receive All-America honors... Broke his own school record with a javelin throw of 228-2 at the NCAA East Regionals, good for sixth place... Came in seventh in the javelin at the IC4A outdoor meet... Was second in the javelin at the America East Outdoor championships, throwing 205-1... Set a school record with a javelin throw of 217-3 at the Puerto Rico Classic, qualifying him for the IC4A meet and the NCAA Regionals... Competed in a variety of events, including the long jump, high jump, 4x400 and heptathlon during the indoor track season. 2004-05: Eclipsed the UAlbany javelin record by more than 20 feet, setting the new mark of 209-7 at the NCAA East Regionals in May... Finished eighth at the competition... Won the America East Outdoor Championship in javelin with a throw of 205-5, and placed seventh in the decathlon...
