BOSTON – The University at Albany women's lacrosse team has brought in a haul of end-of-year America East awards, securing a total of 13 total honors. Headlining the accolades, Paisley Cook and Grace Cincebox earned Midfielder and Co-Goalkeeper of the Year honors, while Mya Carroll was named the conference's Rookie of the Year.
Cook, Cincebox, and Carroll led a contingent of Great Danes that secured a share of the America East regular-season title and the No. 2 seed in the upcoming tournament.
Cook becomes the third individual from UAlbany to be named Midfielder of the Year, and the first since Pascale in 2024.
Cincebox's selection for the major award marks a historic milestone as she becomes the first Great Dane to be named Goalkeeper of the Year twice in her career (2024, 2026).
Carroll's selection highlights a strong future for the program as she becomes its first Rookie of the Year since Katie Pascale in 2021, also matching the major award her sister, Hailey Carroll, earned at UAlbany in 2019.

Paisley Cook | Jr. | Midfield
Midfielder of the Year, First Team All-Conference Midfield, and Draw Control
The America East Midfielder of the Year proved to be one of the most dominant forces in the draw circle in the country, ranking 9th nationally with 9.47 draw controls per game. Cook finished the regular season with 46 points, leading the team with 30 goals. A disruptive presence in the transition game, she also led the Great Danes with 19 caused turnovers and ranked second on the team with 25 ground balls. Cook broke her own America East and program Single-Game Draw control record of 20 in a game last season vs New Hampshire, when she recorded 21 draw control wins against Wagner this season. It is Cook's second year in a row being named First Team All-America East at the Draw Control position.
Grace Cincebox | Sr. | Goalkeeper
Co-Goalkeeper of the Year, First Team All-Conference
Earning Goalkeeper of the Year honors for the second time in three seasons, Cincebox was the backbone of the Great Dane defense. She started all 15 games, recording 122 saves, tied for the lead in the America East in total saves. A True leader on and off the field, her heroics in net helped the Great Danes secure the second seed in the America East Tournament, when she tied a career high 15 saves against Bryant on Senior Day in the Great Danes 9-8 victory over the Bulldogs. She finished the regular season with a .454 save percentage and was named the America East Goalkeeper of the Week five different times throughout the 2026 campaign.
Mya Carroll | Fr. | Midfield
Rookie of the Year, Second Team All-Conference, All-Rookie Team
Named the America East Rookie of the Year, Carroll made an immediate impact as a five-time conference Rookie of the Week. She finished third on the team in scoring with 31 points on 23 goals and eight assists. Her .469 shooting percentage ranked among the best on the team, making her one of the most clinical freshmen in the conference. Her ability to balance the attack was vital to the Great Danes securing a 5-1 conference record.
Ravan Marsell | So. | Midfield
First Team All-Conference, All-Academic Team
A First Team selection, Marsell led the Great Danes offense with a team-high 59 points and established herself as the premier playmaker in the America East, leading the conference in both total assists (32) and assists per game (2.13). She was also one of the nation's most efficient finishers, ranking first in the conference and 36th nationally in shot percentage (.531), scoring on 26 of her 49 shots while putting 41 on goal, and added a team-best 27 ground balls on the defensive end. Her biggest game of the season came against UMass Lowell, when she recorded nine points on seven assists and two goals to etch her name in the record book, finishing just one assist shy of tying the program's single-game record. In the classroom, Marsell also excelled, maintaining a 3.96 GPA as a Human Development major
Jaedyn Frink | Gr. | Attack
Second Team All-Conference
Frink secured Second Team honors as a primary leader of the Great Danes' attack unit. After a 2025 season spent on the sideline, she quickly found her way back in 2026, recording 28 points on 24 goals and four assists. Her efficiency was a key component of an offense that ranked first in the America East in shot percentage (.428). Two of her biggest games of the season came in conference play when she scored five goals against both UMass Lowell and Binghamton. Frink's veteran presence helped lead a unit that averaged over 11 goals per game throughout the regular season.
Kloey Roos | Sr. | Attack
Second Team All-Conference
A Second Team selection, Roos cemented herself as one of the most dangerous scoring threats in the America East, finishing the season with 29 points on 26 goals and three assists while starting 14 of 15 games. She consistently produced in key moments, recording seven multi-goal performances and three games with four goals, including a season-high five-point outing against Harvard University and a four-goal performance in the season opener at College of the Holy Cross. Roos was especially effective in conference play, helping lead the Great Danes to the No. 2 seed in the America East Tournament. She put 50 of her 68 shots on goal for a .735 shots-on-goal percentage and added 14 ground balls and 10 caused turnovers, proving to be a valuable two-way contributor all season long.
Delilah Mile | Sr. | Defense
Second Team All-Conference
Earning Second Team honors, Mile was a veteran anchor for the UAlbany defense. She appeared in 13 games, recording 17 ground balls and 16 caused turnovers. Named America East Defensive Player of the Week on March 23, Mile anchored the UAlbany defense in the win, leading all players with five ground balls while adding two caused turnovers. She played a key role in limiting UMass Lowell to just six goals through the first three quarters. Her defensive positioning and ability to lock down opposing attackers throughout the season.
Riley Forthofer | Fr. | Attack
All-Rookie Team
Named to the All-Rookie team, Forthofer provided vital depth and production in her debut season. She appeared in all 15 games, recording 21 points on 10 goals and 11 assists. Her 11 helpers ranked second on the team, showing a high-level passing ability for a true freshman in the Great Danes' offensive system. A two-time America East Player of the Week selection, Forthofers' most memorable moment of 2026 came early in the season, when she netted the overtime goal against then No.25 Harvard, 13-12.

The action kicks off Friday, May 1, with a semifinal doubleheader featuring No. 1 Vermont against No. 4 UMBC at 4:00 p.m., followed by the No. 2 Great Danes taking on No. 3 Bryant at 7:00 p.m. The winners will meet for the conference title and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament on Sunday, May 3, at 12:00 p.m.
