SHORT STORY: The Great Dane men's track and field team put a solid performance together, including three individual champions, to finish second at the America East Indoor Track & Field Championship.

KEY NOTES
- As a team, UAlbany scored 163 points. UMass Lowell took the lead in the final events of the meet and finished with 172.5 points for the title. 63 points behind the Great Danes, UMBC finished third.
- The 4x800m relay broke a 14-year old meet record previously held by Boston University (2012). The team ran nearly two seconds faster than the former record of 7:30.56.
- Sophomore Tooni Ogunyeye finished with the two remaining UAlbany gold medals in the 60m and 200m sprints.
- Eleven total individuals/relays competed for 13 UAlbany medals. Freshmen Quillar Baidy (60mH), Samir Gardner (LJ), and Leonard Durau (TJ) finished second in their respective events while Nick Sealey (400m), Julio Martinez (500m), Steve Hines (800m, Mile), Isaac Graber (1000m), Krishmar Powell (HJ), and Damani Deloatch (TJ) added third-place finishes.
