"We're excited about a non-conference schedule that features rematches with Syracuse and Rhode Island, the return of the Albany Cup to Broadview Center, and a road trip to face a potential Top-25 Vanderbilt team," said head coach Colleen Mullen. "These matchups will test us early and help us prepare for a highly competitive America East season. I'm grateful for the continued support of our season ticket holders and can't wait to see Broadview packed with Great Dane fans."

The non-conference lineup features 13 contests, including six home games throughout the final two months of the calendar year.

November will see a split of four home and three road contests. UAlbany opens the season at Broadview Center against MAAC foe, Marist, on Tuesday, November 4.

Just three days later, the Purple and Gold will face Syracuse for the third time in four years. The visit to the Dome comes less than a year after the Great Danes upset the Orange, 73-70, on November 20, 2024.

The second week in November is highlighted with a Monday-night home contest against Dartmouth and a matchup at Rhode Island over the weekend (Nov. 15). UAlbany visits URI's Thomas M. Ryan Center after opening the 2024-25 season with Coach Mullen's 100th win - a 10-point victory over the Rams at Broadview Center.

Within the eight days leading up to Thanksgiving, UAlbany is scheduled to face three opponents, two of which will be crosstown competitions at Broadview Center.

The Albany Cup returns to UAlbany on Wednesday, November 19. The Great Danes are looking to bring the cup back to Western Ave after falling last season for the first time since bringing the rivalry matchup back in the 2021-22 season.

UAlbany will then hop on the road to A10-opponent St. Bonaventure for a weekend contest before hosting RPI the day before Thanksgiving for the second consecutive season. In 2024, the Purple and Gold scored a season-high 90 points with nearly a 50% accuracy from the field (49.3%) against the Engineers.

Of UAlbany's six games during the month of December, only two will be in the Capital Region.

Mullen and the Great Danes will head on the road for three straight matchups in eight days, beginning at Bucknell on December 1. Just two days later, UAlbany will face Sacred Heart at the Pitt Athletic and Convocation Center. The longest road streak of the non-conference slate ends at Colgate on December 8.

Hosting their first game in over two weeks, the Purple and Gold will welcome Patriot League quarterfinalists, Boston University, on Wednesday, December 13.

For their final road trip of 2025, the Great Danes will visit Vanderbilt in Nashville. At the conclusion of the 2024-25 season, the Commodores fell to South Carolina in the SEC Quarterfinals before their season ended in an overtime loss to No. 10 Oregon in the first round of the NCAA Tournament.

UAlbany will wrap up its non-conference slate at home. CAA competitor Hofstra is set to visit Broadview Center on Sunday, December 21.

On the first day of 2026, the Great Danes will open the conference season against Vermont. For more information on the conference section of the schedule, click here.
