Leading the Pack

• Coming into Saturday's contest, UAlbany is 3-7 overall and 0-3 on the road.
• Mikaela Mooney leads the Great Danes with 32 points, comprising 13 goals and a team-high 19 assists. Her average of 2.11 assists per game tops the America East Conference.
• Dylana Williams has netted 27 goals on 42 shots, achieving a shooting percentage of .643. As of March 28, she ranks second in the nation in free position percentage (.800) and eighth nationally in shooting accuracy.
• Paisley Cook has secured 62 draw controls, leading the America East with an average of 6.20 per game.
• Delilah Mile anchors the defensive field players with 16 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers.
• Grace Cincebox has logged 347:18 minutes in goal, posting a 16.24 goals-against average with 33 saves and a .260 save percentage from 177 shots faced. She leads the team with 17 ground balls.

 
Scouting UMass Lowell
The River Hawks are 8-2 overall heading into Saturday's matchup, including a 2-0 record in America East conference play. As a team, UMass Lowell has recorded 138 goals and 66 assists on 321 shots, resulting in a .430 shot percentage. They have placed 236 of their shots on goal, good for a .735 shot-on-goal percentage. The team is 23-44 on free position shots for a .523 free position percentage. Additionally, the River Hawks have collected 152 ground balls, committed 147 turnovers, forced 70 caused turnovers, and won 135 draw controls while going 154-187 on clear attempts for a .824 clear percentage.
 
Jade Catlin leads UMass Lowell with 36 points from 31 goals and five assists. Audra Hansen has dished out a team-high 11 assists while also contributing 21 goals. Chloe Bowers follows closely with 32 points from 28 goals and four assists. Grace Lydon has been a dominant presence in draw controls, leading the team with 32, while also tallying 17 goals and 11 assists. On defense, Summer Agostino has picked up a team-high 29 ground balls and caused 29 turnovers.
In net, Alexa Kuhn (8-2) has logged 542:59 minutes across 10 games, allowing 89 goals for a 9.83 goals-against average. She has made 83 saves on 172 shots faced, earning a .483 save percentage.

May 3, 2024 | No. 1 UAlbany edged No. 4 UMass Lowell 12-11 in the America East semifinal to advance to the conference title game for the 13th consecutive season. Ava Poupard led the Great Danes with four points (three goals, one assist), while Megan Dineen and Mikaela Mooney each added two goals and one assist. Bryar Hogg also netted two goals. Grace Cincebox anchored the defense with eight saves, and Haley Phalines reached a career milestone, securing her 200th career draw control.

March 26, 2025 | UAlbany fell to No. 16 Clemson 21-8 on the road. Dylana Williams led the Great Danes' offense with four goals, while Mikaela Mooney dished out a team-high two assists. Gracie McCauley, Mackenzie Salentre, Abbie Murphy, and Williams each recorded two ground balls, while Kloey Roos and McCauley led the team with one caused turnover apiece. Paisley Cook was dominant on the draw, securing nine draw controls. The Great Danes totaled 20 shots, with 13 on goal, and went 2-for-5 on free position attempts.

Once again, the Great Danes will boast one of the toughest schedules in the country.  Highlighted by the presence of two of four 2024 Final Four teams, including both national champion Boston College and Opening the season against Semi-Finalist Syracuse, UAlbany's 2025 schedule features four teams that earned berths into the 2024 NCAA Tournament, three 2024 conference champions, and three teams ranked in the final media poll of 2024.  Four future opponents ranked in the top 25 of the 2025 Inside Lacrosse preseason poll.
