Short Story: Travis Williams closes out the men's events at East Prelims in the quarterfinals of the 100m dash.
 
How it Happened

• Travis Williams placed 19th overall in the men's 100m in a wind-aided 10.14, his second-fastest all-conditions mark of his career.  The race, in which all 24 times were wind-aided, featured 10 competitors finishing in under 10 seconds, with three finishing in under 9.90.
