How it Happened
- Easton Reagan kicked off this year's Penn Relays for UAlbany in the men's 400m hurdles championship. He placed 14th overall in a season-best 52.59. It is his second-best time ever in the event as a Great Dane.
- Amanda Chambers closed UAlbany's first day at Penn Relays in the women's 5,000m championship. She placed 26th overall in 16:33.43, a personal-best by more than 31 seconds. The time moves Chambers into third-place all-time in outdoor program history, behind former teammate Hannah Reinhardt's 16:06.02 from 2019 and Brittney Lane's 16:21.12 from 2013, and fourth-place all-time overall, behind Reinhardt (who also rank 16:16.27 indoors), Lane, and Silvia Del Fava's indoor 16:27.69 from the 2014 season.
